Luang Phor Noi Nawarat was born on 14th February, 1892 and passed away on 10th December, 1946 at the age of 53 years-old. He studied Wicha (Magical Knowledge) from his father when he was young. He was ordained as a monk (bhikkhu) at the age of 21 at Wat Glarng KooWieng. Besides being an expert in magic, he was also an expert in vipassana meditation.

LP Noi is a Laotian's monk. He has studied the art of making saksit (efficacious) Phra Rahu Buchas (Statues) and Amulets from Laos. He was the first monk who consecrated the designs of Phra Rahu in Thailand and was very famous and popular for both his knowledge and skills in Dhamma and Wicha (Magical Knowledge).

Wat SriSathong is located in Nakhon Pathom Province, Thailand.  The villagers supported this temple very much. When under renovation of this temple they found Phra Thong underneath. hence, the villagers named it "Wat Hua Thong". Whilst Luang Phor Noi was the abbot of the temple, the temple made progress and was successful. LP Noi then changed the name of the temple to "Wat SriSathong". Most of the tie, it's known as "Phra Rahu Temple" in Thailand.

LUANG PU SUK, WAT PAK KHLONG MAKHAM TAO, CHAINAT

LUANG PU SUK

WAT PAK KHLONG MAKHAM TAO, CHAINAT

Luang Pu Suk, Wat Pak Khlong Makham Tao, Chainat

Luang Pu Suk, Wat Pak Khlong Makham Tao, Chainat

Luang Pu Suk is one of the most legendary Ancient Guru Monks who ever lived. He is widely accepted as the most Accomplished Grandmaster of Wicha (Magcial Knowledge) and Saiyasart (Occult Knowledge).

Phra Kru Wimonkunagon (or more commonly known as Luang Pu Suk Gesaroh was born during the reign of King Rama IV on 14th October  BE2390 (CE1847) at Pak Khlong Makham Tao in the Wat Sing District of Chainat Province. When LP Suk was 10 years old, his mother sent him to Krung Thep (Bangkok) to be raised by his uncle. LP Suk remained in Krung Thep until he got married and had a son. Later he decided that household life was not meant for him, therefore, he decided to become a monk and ordained  at Wat Poh Tong Laang and received the ordination name of Gesaroh.

Luang Pu Suk studied Dhamma (Buddhist Teachings) and Samadhi Meditation at Wat Poh Tong Laang until he was ready for Tudong (an ascetic practice wandering in the forests & pilgrimage) . During his Tudong period, he met many teachers whom he learned the Wicha (Magical Knowledge) and Saiyasart (Occult Knowledge) from.

Luang Pu Suk in his younger days with colleague monks

One of the famous masters who taught him Wicha and Saiyasart was Phra Ajarn Tham Wua Daeng who was also a teacher to the legendary Luang Phor Ngern of Wat Bang Klang.

After several years of tudong, LP Suk retruned to his hometown. His parents who waited many years for his return, requested LP Suk to remain at Pak Khlong Makham Tao. LP Suk obligated and accepted his parents' request and settled down at the village's wat (temple) called Wat Pak Khlong Makham Tao until he rose to the rank of an Abbot. LP Suk rebuilt the small village temple into a large beautiful monastery.

Bucha (Statue) of Luang Pu Suk  BE253X  Consecrated By: Wat Pak Khlong Makham Tao
Interested to Rent this Bucha (Statue)? Pls Contact Me.

Luang Pu Suk had many disciples, both ordained monks and laymen. One lay disciple who was very closed and later became one of his disciples was His Royal Highness Prince of Chumphon (son of King Rama IV) and was more commonly known as  the father of The Royal Thai Navy. It was learned that LP Suk taught the Prince Chumphon everything he knew on the Dhamma as well as Wicha and Saiyasart.

(aka Abhakara Kiartivongse)

Luang Pu Suk is legendary for his Wicha & Saiyasart. One of his Supernatural Powers (Abinnya) was the ability to change the shapes and sizes of objects from one life form to another. There are well known legends of him transforming elephants into house flies and transforming humans into crocodiles. These legends are known throughout Thailand.

The story goes that once a large group of merchants stopped by at Wat Pak Khlong Makham Tao to rest. During those days, merchants used elephants as a means of transportation.

The merchants wanted to cook their meals at the temple but realized that they did not bring along enough meat. Some villagers jokingly told the merchants to use their rifles to shoot at the pigeons near the trees and roof tops of the temple, so that the merchants could have pigeons' meats for their dinner. One of the merchants took the joke seriously and tried to shoot with his rifle at those pigeons, however, the rifle could not fire despite pulling the triggers many times..

The villagers than tried to stopped him and informed him that LP Suk prohibits anyone from killing living beings around the surroundings and inside the temple, however that particular merchant refused to listened. He couldn't get his rifle to shoot, so he then tried with a cross bow. The arrow flew towards the pigeon but felt to the ground after only a short distance, nowhere close to hitting the pigeon. The merchant then became furious and shouted "What great powers does the abbot of this temple have??

Prakam Nil (Rosary/Mala) Over 160 Beads (Ivory, One Eye Coconut & Sacred Woods)
Consecrated & Blessed By: Luang Pu Suk, Wat Pak Khlong Makam Tao, Chainat.

Head (Guru) Bead (Made of Ivory; See the Vintage & Age) (Hand written Yants of LP Suk himself) of the Prakam Nil. A Very Saksit (Efficacious) Item consecrated by Luang Pu Suk of Wat Makham Tao.

LP Suk with his supernatural hearing power was able to hear what the merchant said, whilst he was inside his kuti (hut) even though they were far apart. LP Suk came out carrying an empty coconut husk and went to the grazing field. He chanted a Kartha (Mantra) at the coconut husk and pointed it at the direction where the merchants' elephants were grazing. Miraculously, the elephants transformed into houseflies and thereafter, LP Suk then trapped the houseflies inside the empty coconut husk.

The next morning when the merchants were about to depart, they could not find their elephants. They then quickly went and looked for LP Suk and informed him that their elephants were stolen. LP Suk then preached and lectured them the main 5 precepts of not killing living beings. He told them that "If you kill a living being, the living being will feel the pain. This is similar to the pain of losing your elephants". LP Suk then taught them Dhamma and told them to practice good instead of evil. The merchants then realized that it was LP Suk who was behind the strange incidents the previous day.

LP suk led them out from his kuti (hut), went to the grazing field, chanted a Kartha (Mantra), removed the coconut husk and the houseflies then transformed into elephants once again. This miraculous incident was witnessed by many villagers at that time.

Rian (Medallion) Luang Pu Suk  Made By: Wat Makham Tao  (About 70 Years Old)

The amazing ability to transform objects and lifeforms into different shapes and sizes was LP Suk's Wicha's Trademark. He never taught anyone this except for Prince Kram Luang Chumphon Udom Sak, his favorite lay disciple. However, Prince Chumphon never taught it to anyone else.. he also passed away in the same year as LP Suk.

Luang Pu Suk Gesaro of Wat Makham Tao passed away on 21st January BE2466 (CE 1923) at the age of 76 leaving behind a magnificient and glorious legacy

Luang Pu Suk's amulets, takruts and other sacred items are some of the most sought after and revered in Thailand. Certain Phims (Molds) with special and sacred materials command prices comparable to that of Somdet Wat Rakang (Millions of Thai Baht). Their rarity and high prices makes them a distant dream for most amulets' collectors to own any items of his. However, we here at Buddha Talisman are fortunate to have some his collections and are willing to rent it out at affordable prices.

TAKRUT CHUAK  BE2466 LUANG PU SUK, WAT PAK KLONG MAKHAMTAO

Takrut amulets consecrated by Luang Pu Suk of Wat Pak Klong Makhamtao ( one of Thailand's Top 5 Sacred Monks were often known as Thai as "Chin Tagua". The takruts are usually covered with either black lacquer and/or braid.

The takruts are now well over 80 years of age. Luang Pu Suk passed away in the year BE2466. The lead, Chin Tagua is essentially composed of lead plates mixed with mercury and it was recorded that Luang Pu Suk would spend as much as 7 days smelting and consecrating the mixture of the takrut.

These takrut are thought to be very Special, Powerful and Unique as Luang Pu Suk would inscribe the lead plates with Yant (Magical Diagrams) whilst simultaneously chanting the Kartha (Magical Spells) whilst he was immersed into a river that ran in front of the wat (temple). As a result of this special method, his takruts are often referred to as "Takrut Tainam" (Tainam in Thai language means "Underwater".

Takruts blessed and consecrated by Luang Pu Suk are thought to be amongst the most Powerful ever created and the demand has not diminished over the decades. As a matter of fact they are now more probably  sought after now as it's miraculous effects has been proven by wearers! No wonder they command such high prices.

After the demise of Luang Pu Suk several decades ago, it has become increasingly hard to source for his genuine amulets and takruts.

Luang Phor Ngern Buddhachote, Wat Bang Klang Pichit

Luang Phor Ngern Bucha (Statue), Wat Tai Nam Pichit  BE250X 1stBatch
(At the bottom, you may see the authenticity of the old soils embedded onto the Statue)

Luang Phor Ngern (Ngern in Thai also means "Money") and also in those days, Thais did not use surname (family name). Luang Phor Ngern was born on 16th September in the year BE2351 on a Friday during the reign of the first Chakri. His father's name was Nai Oo from Bang Klang whereas his mother's name was Nang Faak from Ban Saen. He has 6 siblings (two girls and four boys) named as: Phromchai, Thapying, Thongchai, Ngern, Lermchai and Rotying.

When he was 5 years old, his teacher Nai Chuang Seung send him to stay in Bangkok and he was later endorsed to study at Wat Chanasongkram where he ordained as a Novice Monk (Nen) when he was 12 years old. During his stay at this temple, he learned Dhamma and Buddhism from a couple of Guru monks (Archans). At the age of 20, he was formally ordained as a monk and he stayed at the same temple for another 3 years. He decided to peruse his studies further and move to Wat Rakang Kositaram and later decided to become a disciple to the very famous Phra Somdet Phuttajarn Toh Phrommarangsi.

Phra Somdet Phuttajarn Toh Phrommarangsi was a teacher& contemporary to Luang Phor Ngern when he was studying in Bangkok

After completing his studies at Wat Rakang, he went back to his hometown and stayed at Wat Bang Klang Tai for one year. Then he moved to stayed at Wat Wang Takor because they need to reconstruct an old temple there. When he arrived at the boundary of Wat Wang Takor, he took 3 Bodhi trees and planted at the entrance. In the future, these 3 Bodhi trees grew up and blessed the temple with prosperity, happiness and good health. Till today, these trees are seen graciously strong at the compound of Wat Wang Takor.

Luang Phor Ngern started to renovate the temple and built Ubosot, Kuti, Chedi, Sala and Viharn very successfully. Luang Phor Ngern had the miraculous touch that whenever he wanted to build the temples, donations and volunteers kept coming from all corners of Thailand. He was known for his kindness (metta) and his magical powers (wicha). Many devotees and people from all walks of life will come to him to seek his blessings and also to become his disciples. The most famous student he had at that time was the son of His Highness King Rama 5. His son's name was Prince Chumphon Ket Udomsak (the founder of the Royal Thai Navy). The prince was also the closest disciple of Luang Pu Suk Wat Pak Khlong Wat Makham Tao in Chainat province. The prince was also known for his skills and competence in wicha (magical science).

Rian Lor "Phim Job Lek"  BE 2460 Consecrated By: Luang Phor Ngern, Wat Banglan

Luang Phor ngern of Wat Bang Klang and Luang Pu Suk of Wat Pak Khlong Makkhamtao are best of friends. They both also have the same level of Ultra High Dhamma Knowledge. Phra Kru Asamban, the abbot of Wat wang Takoh and Phra Ajarn Choom, the abbot of Wat Takoh, both were closed disciples of Luang Phor Ngern. They were responsible for the making of Luang Phor Ngern amulets. The first amulet was Roop Lor in bronze was called "Phim Kheeta" because the amulets looked like "tears" were flowing from their eyes. In those days, everything was handmade hence the workmanship was not as good as today's technology technique. In those days, those amulets were distributed to devotees at a price of one baht only. But today, in the amulet markets (with high demand for LP Ngern's amulets because of it's proven miraculous powers..) to own a piece today will cost around a million thai baht and this is one of the most expensive amulet in Thailand. They second time, they make a few batches.. the amulets were more artistic and were more beautifully made, hence, they decided to call the bigger amulet "Phim Roop Lor Loy Ong". These two phims (models) were distributed to the man (male) devotees, whereas women and children were given smaller amulets known as "Phim Rian Lor Khai Pla Chop Lek and Chop Yai". His amulets were so popular that they were quickly snatched by devotees and the public, therefore, demand was a million times more than supply. To be fair to everyone, the temples of LP Ngern decided to consecrate every year in the month of November so that devotees and the public can rent and own LP Ngern's popular amulets that were highly energized with magical powers (wicha).

Luang Pu Suk of Wat Pak Khlong Makham Tao (Best Friend of Luang Phor Ngern, Wat Bangklan)

LP Ngern was very well known in Thailand and to remember him the King of Thailand requested from the abbots of LP Ngern's temples (wats)  to consecrate Luang Phor Ngern's Buchas (Statues) for Respect & Worship. Only 2 Statues were allowed at that time. The first statue was placed at Wat Wang Takoh and the second was placed at Wat Tai Num. There were only two Luang Phor Ngern statues in Thailand made during his lifetime.

Wat Tai Num is the temple which Luang Phor Ngern spend most of his life, teaching and building up temples and likewise with Wat Wang Takoh. He also visited many temples but he will alternatively spend most of his Phansas (Raining Retreats) after teaching the Dhamma and Tudong at these two favourite temples of his. There were all together 7 temples which made amulets of Luang Phor Ngern Roop Lor and all these amulets were personally blessed by Luang Phor ngern. Therefore, some of those amulets are not the same in sizes and features.... Luang Phor Ngern passed away in BE2462 (1919) at the age of 109, having served the Buddhist faith for 90 years.
